My Voyage

Just like any other individual, I’ve had to continuously grow, evolve and make changes throughout my life. Life hasn’t always been easy. Leaving my home as an early teenager to start my own voyage brought many experiences that helped shape the person I am today. I stumbled many times and there were times I was ready to give up. Finding my passion helped me find my way. Through my experiences I realized the most meaningful thing for me is to be of service to others. With my particular blend of interests and talents I decided that the best way for me to help others was to become an educator and later a life coach. For the last 20 years of my life, I engaged in educating children, teenagers and adults. It has been a rewarding life experience to see the transformation of lives I’ve helped create. 

Education

I earned my degree in education from Brigham Young University and several other endorsements pertaining to education from Southern Utah University, Utah Valley University in addition to earning two majors in psychology from University of California Irvine with emphasis in - Human Behavior Psychology and Social/Personality Psychology. This training allowed me to possess the skills to become an educator and develop a strong foundation in examining how features of the social environment and characteristics of individuals interact to influence behavior, cognition, well being, self identity, interpersonal relation and perceived risks. I enjoy helping people and when friends, colleagues and random people approach me for help, I feel blessed to be at their service. 

To strengthen my skills as a life coach, I decided to become a certified Life Coach from Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching. I have more than a decade educating and helping people create more Love, discover their potential and learn to set focused goals towards a more fulfilling life. I’m here and ready to help you too.
