Everyone is important.
My personal experience as a young woman struggling to succeed in an unknown country has allowed me to develop empathy for those who are eager to succeed but are facing challenges. Part of my mission is to empower youth, women and men who are financially unable to pay for coaching services. Know Thyself Coaching understands unique challenges and financial struggles and we are dedicated to provide Pro Bono services for those in need.
If you qualify for our Pro Bono services, you will be paired and matched with a professional non-judgmental Life Coach according to your personality, core values and unique challenges.
Pro Bono Services will give you one to one coaching where you will explore a fresh perspective regarding your personal challenges and you will acquire effective strategies to succeed in your goals.

- Set up attainable goals and follow through
- Increase your confidence and self-esteem
- Gain a deeper understanding of your strengths and values
